clear guidance, trusted resources, and real pathways forward
Helping Families and Returning Citizens Move Forward With Confidence.
Two Ways We Can Help
We help people in two ways.
Some people want help from our team.
Other people want to work on their own using our forms and guides.
You can choose the option below that works best for you.
Guidance, Support, and Advocacy for Second Chances
Visionary Forward is a support and guidance platform created to help individuals and families navigate the challenges that follow incarceration. We believe second chances require more than hope – they require clear information, practical support, and advocacy that helps people take their next steps with confidence.
Our vision is simple: fewer people returning to incarceration and more people moving toward stable employment, stronger families, and lasting independence. We provide reentry and employment guidance, connect families to trusted resources, and help employers understand how second-chance hiring can work safely and responsibly.
Visionary Forward exists because reentry affects more than one person. Our work is family-aware, community focused, and centered on dignity, transparency, and opportunity.
VISIONARY FORWARD INDEPENDENT RE-ENTRY FORMS & GUIDES FOR SECOND CHANCES
This service is for individuals who want to work on their own using helpful forms and guides.
You will get forms and guides to use by yourself.
You must apply first and be approved. This does not include working with our staff.
This is best if you feel ready to handle things on your own.
Three Principles That Guide Everything We Do!
01
Advocacy
We stand as informed advocates for individuals and families impacted by incarceration. We work to ensure people understand their options, their rights, and the programs available to them—because acces to information is access to opportunity.
02
Empowerment
We believe in lasting change comes from empowerment, not dependency. Our goal is to equip individuals with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to move forward independently and sustainably.
03
Integrity
Trust is essential in this work. We operate with transparency, accountability, and ethical responsibility in all that we do—always placing people before profit and impact before optics.
Support, Resources, and Guidance are all here to help you take the next step forward.
